Creme hidratante (Moisturising cream)

Enquanto o meu ombro não me permite novos projectos de crochet, deixo-vos uma receite de creme hidratante que fiz esta semana.
O meu creme de mãos que trago sempre na mala finalmente acabou e já foi substituido por uma versão saudável e que é tem muito simples de fazer.


While my shoulder is healing and I can't do any crochet, I leave you with a recipe for a moisturising cream that I made this week.
My hand cream (that I always keep in my bag) finally ended which allowed me to substitute it by a healthier version that, by the way, is SO simple to make.

Igredientes:

4 colheres de sopa de óleo de amêndoas doces
4 colheres de sopa de azeita extra virgem
2 colheres de sopa de cera de abelhas

Em banho maria coloquem os óleos com a cera e deixem derreter mexendo sempre. Depois basta colocar num frasco (eu usei o de um creme que acabou e guardei) que deve ser previamente esterilizado,


Ingredients:

4 tbsp sweet almonds oil
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp beeswax

In a double boiler put the oils and the beeswax and let it melt always stirring. After it is melted just pour it in some container that should be sterilized – I just used one from a cream I used in the past.
